Gadchiroli :- 23rd March Individual and collective claims of forest rights, difficulties faced by villagers to get them, role of administration and village council, forest rights committee, why forest rights claims were rejected, were forest rights leases received as demanded? Forest rights granted for the year 2011-12 Patte talathi i.e. why was it not given back to the farmers, if there is no record of the victims, was the statement of the elderly person of the village accepted? With the help of google report, the evidence of encroachment is accepted (according to the decision of Hon’ble Gujarat Court which was implemented by Gujarat Govt.)
